Why we built Spring
Every woman deserves clear answers, reliable support, and the confidence to navigate midlife without having to fight for it. We built Spring because we could not find that anywhere else.
Spring is a collaboration between menopause specialist Dr. Cassandra Taylor, health and wellness advocate Amanda Thebe, and healthcare investor Adrianna Czornyj. Between us we had seen the problem from every side, and none of us had a good answer.
So we built the platform we all wished existed: rigorous medical expertise, real-world physical and nutritional guidance, and a community of women living through the exact same transition. It is the community we wanted to be members of ourselves.
Everyone arrives here at a different place. You might be dealing with one specific symptom, looking to understand the full picture, or simply wanting to look after your long-term health. Wherever you start, Spring meets you there with straight answers and guidance you can act on.
Menopause research is finally moving forward, and we move with it, tracking new evidence as it emerges and revising our guidance when it changes. You don't have to figure it out alone anymore.
